Ukraine: A Turning Point for Attacks on Health Care

Despite the commonality of war crimes inflicted on hospitals, health workers and patients, accountability has been largely absent. Reforms are needed in international institutions and practice to promote accountability, and the war crimes committed against health care in Ukraine are a place to start.
