Misplaced skepticism on Accountability for War Crimes Against Health Care in War

Major media outlets such as the Economist, the Washington Post, NPR and the New Republic have purported to show that war crimes prosecutions for attacks on health care in Ukraine are not only challenging but may be close to impossible. These views are based on a misunderstanding of the law and requirements for successful prosecutions.
